Users shall be solely responsible for verifying information and for all decisions, risks, and transactions undertaken.
- Refund for Chargeback Transactions
For chargeback transactions, users must contact Step Two Corporation Limited directly to request a refund. Refunds will be processed solely by Step Two Corporation Limited.
- Refund for Fraudulent or Duplicate Transactions
Users should contact Step Two Corporation Limited for issues related to fraudulent or duplicate transactions. We will address these issues according to our established policies.
- Governing Law
These Terms and your use of the Platform are governed by Indian law. Disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in West Bengal.
